Are the bathrooms shared or private?
The bathrooms are located outside the room. We have full bathrooms with shower, toilet, and sink. For more information, please see the common areas gallery.
What time is check-in / check-out?
Check-out is at 12 noon and check-in starts at 2 pm. If you arrive earlier, we have spacious common areas where you can wait. If you prefer, we can also store your luggage so you can start exploring Tulum.
Can I cancel my booking?
Bookings made through our website always receive preferential treatment. For direct bookings with us, we offer a 48-hour cancellation policy.
Is there parking?
Yes, we offer free parking for guests. Right in front of TuboTulum, there is a large and convenient parking area for our customers.
